Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During high-volume periods (promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always email you once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping options and any free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. You can also check the status of any order anytime on our Track Order page.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 14 days through our Contact page and we’ll help make it right.
